Join on Zoom — get notes + homework after each lesson.
Terms at a glance
Rescheduling: please give 12+ hours' notice; we'll move your slot.
No-shows / late changes: counted as used.
Pack validity: 6-lesson packs valid 8 weeks; 12-lesson packs 16 weeks.
Refunds: within 14 days if no lessons are booked or attended. Once the service starts, refunds no longer apply (statutory rights unaffected).
Tech: Zoom on phone/tablet/PC; stable internet; headset recommended.
Privacy/recording: lessons are not recorded unless we both agree in writing.
Timezone: all times display in your local timezone (set during booking).
