What levels do you teach?
Primarily A2–B2. I can support A1 (beginners) and C1 (advanced) on request.
What happens in the free 30-minute trial?
A short level check, sample coaching with corrections, and a mini action plan. One per person, no obligation.
How do I book a lesson?
After checkout you'll receive a booking link by email. Pick any available time slot.
Can I reschedule?
Yes—use the link in your confirmation email at least 12 hours before the start time.
What if I miss a lesson?
No-shows or late changes (within 12 hours) are counted as used.
Can I book several dates at once for a pack?
Yes. Use the booking link and select multiple time slots for your 6- or 12-lesson pack.
How long are lessons?
Standard lessons are 60 minutes. The free trial is 30 minutes.
Do lesson packs expire?
Yes. 6-lesson packs: 8 weeks. 12-lesson packs: 16 weeks from purchase.
Can I pause a pack?
One pause up to 2 weeks within the validity window—just email me before it expires.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days if no lessons are booked or attended. Once a service begins, refunds no longer apply (statutory rights unaffected).
What will we do in lessons?
Conversation-first coaching, targeted correction, pronunciation, vocabulary, and clear take-away notes + homework.
Will I get homework?
Yes—short, focussed tasks with feedback in the next lesson.
Do you prepare for interviews or business English?
Yes—interviews, presentations, meetings, and email polishing are common focuses.
Do you help with exams (IELTS, FCE, CAE)?
Yes—on request. We'll tailor materials and mock tasks to the exam.
Can you teach in Polish and English?
Yes—EN/PL bilingual support. We can switch as needed.
